Terms
& Conditions of Bookings Bookings
Requests for bookings can be made using the
availability calendar shown on each caravan page.
Bookings are only accepted following confirmation by
ourselves; completing the availability calendar does
not constitute a booking.
Payment
Payment must be made in full 6 weeks prior to the
start of your holiday. A £50 deposit will be
required at the time of booking. Bookings made
within 8 weeks of your holiday must be paid for in
full at the time of booking. Holidays booked within
the 8 week period must be paid in full. We accept
payment by cheque or PayPal.
Time
of Arrival
Caravans are available from 3.30pm on the day of
arrival. You must vacate your caravan by 10.00am on
the day of your departure.
Clubhouse
Passes
You will need
club passes to access the swimming
pools and the bar/entertainment areas of the site,
details are here.
A
Family Park
Hoburne Park is a family holiday park, catering for
families and couples only. We will not accept
bookings from single sex groups.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on site for rental caravans.
However you may see pets on site as owners are
permitted.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our caravans, and
is also prohibited in any of the buildings on site.
Smoking shelters are provided outside the club
building.
Clean
and Tidy
Our caravans will be cleaned prior to your arrival,
and it would be much appreciated if you could leave
the caravan clean on your departure.
What
You Need to Bring
Duvets and pillows are provided. You must bring with
you the following:- duvet covers, sheets,
pillowcases and towels.
